Juliee Beyt
Juliee Beyt, RA RID, LEED AP BD+C is the founding principal of Beyt Lynch Design, a full-service architecture studio with an emphasis on sustainable design. With over 10 years’ experience in the field of architecture as a sole proprietor, Juliee takes a practiced eye to large and small projects ranging from commercial to institutional and residential.
Juliee earned a Bachelor of Arts in architecture from the University of California at Berkeley, where she gained a lifelong respect for both design and the environment.
Having worked on both institutional and commercial projects, Juliee has an appreciation for the exacting requirements of both large and small-scale architecture. This experience has given her a working knowledge of the diverse needs of different user and owner groups. Work with universities, churches, private developers, and tenants has given Juliee the diverse background needed. Her focus now is on custom residential and small-scale commercial projects.
Sustainability
Sustainability is an essential part of every project pursued by Beyt Lynch Design. Juliee, the founder and principal, views this as a way of life and has long held sustainability at the forefront both professionally and personally. She has extensive experience in all facets of managing green projects as a project architect, LEED consultant, and director of sustainability. She has provided clients with a wide variety of services, including goal setting, presentations, and training.
Juliee has been instrumental in leading teams/clients and successfully navigating the complexities of the USGBC and Austin Green Building Program for over 20 years, and has built essential relationships that have enabled her clients to achieve LEED certification; five of which have been awarded LEED Silver or Gold.
